FAQ’S – Pendragon Shoes

How much will my order cost?

The cost of your shoes or boots may depend on your foot measurements and or the amount of custom detail in your order.  For example, if you have  particularly broad feet or specific requirements there is a surcharge for adapting lasts (shoe moulds) for your order. This may be around $200.

Timeframe – When will I receive my shoes if they are handmade to fit me?

As all our shoes are completely hand crafted to your measurements, please allow up to 6 weeks from emailing through your order form, to receiving your shoes. When we receive your initial order we will contact you with an estimated timeframe which is dependant on current workload. We ask that you consider this timeframe carefully to ensure that they meet any deadline for an event or function you may have in mind to wear your new shoes.

Please contact us for a more accurate dispatch date to help with your planning if you have a special event. 

Do I pay for the shoes up front?

Once you have sent through your initial order and the timeframes for production have been established, you will be sent an invoice for 50% of the cost of the shoes. Shoe development will not commence until Pendragon receive payment of this invoice in full and we have received all, accurate foot measurements.
