FAQ’S – Pendragon Shoes

Timeframe – When will I receive my shoes if they are handmade to fit me?

Coronavirus has really affected delivery times worldwide. We are doing our best to dispatch our orders early to help alleviate a bit of this delay. You may want to check with your local postal system to see how it’s coping. Please contact us for a more accurate dispatch date to help with your planning if you have a special event. 

As all our shoes are completely hand crafted to your measurements, please allow up to 6 weeks from emailing through your order form, to receiving your shoes. When we receive your initial order we will contact you with an estimated timeframe which is dependant on current workload. We ask that you consider this timeframe carefully to ensure that they meet any deadline for an event or function you may have in mind to wear your new shoes

Do I pay for the shoes up front?

Once you have sent through your initial order and the timeframes for production have been established, you will be sent an invoice for 50% of the cost of the shoes. Shoe development will not commence until Pendragon receive payment of this invoice in full and we have received all, accurate foot measurements.

How do I calculate postage on the online order form?

See the Postage and Shipping page under the CUSTOMER SERVICE tab and choose your country or zone.

How do I measure my feet?

First download “Order Form”,  download “sample foot drawing” and if you need help, watch the “measuring feet video”.
