Bespoke – Made to Order Procedure

Although many of our designs are made to standard sizing, it’s also an option at Pendragon that our customers purchase and wear shoes that are individually hand made to fit their unique feet (surcharges apply)                         We offer our customers the opportunity to order footwear using a Bespoke (Made to Order) method. If you are ordering shoes that are not priced on our website  email us first for an approximate quote before you proceed through the ordering system.

BESPOKE ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
We want to emphasis how important, when ordering a Bespoke – Made to Order pair of Pendragon shoes, that you carefully follow our MADE TO ORDER instructions as follows:

STEP 1 Print out the order form AND sample foot drawing below.

STEP 2 Please accurately fill out your details on the order form. If you intend to wear these shoes to a special event please advise the date of the event at this stage. We encourage you to email through any questions you may have about the style, materials and timeframes. (Please note, with international orders, consider purchasing express post if your event is within 6 weeks of ordering. International post can take a few weeks) Contact us to check when we will be making and sending your order.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure all details of the form are filled out with true and correct information as it is this information we use to make and send you your order.

STEP 3 This step is by far the Most IMPORTANT! You need to ensure you measure your feet accurately.
Consult the sample foot drawing and if necessary, watch our YouTube video Carefully and accurately measure your feet on both sides of the order form.

STEP 4  When you have completed the order form, scan them and save as  pdfs.  (Portable Data File)  It is useful to put a ruler or tape measure on the page as you scan. Then email the foot drawings to us                                                       ( [email protected] ) We will check everything is in order and that we can print the drawings accurately. Alternatively, if you don’t have a scanner, we ask that you post us the foot drawings and order form. Please write all your measurements on the page with your name and address and which style you have ordered and post to:

STEP 5

We will check your measurements and let you know an approximate quote for your bespoke order.  The surcharge for bespoke ordering is based on your foot drawings and your customisation requests. If we have to make a new pattern for your order because it is not a standard size or boot height for example, the surcharge is from $250. This includes adapting shoe lasts, making patterns and new insole and sole shapes.

STEP 6 Make at least a 50% down payment.  Email us for an invoice to pay by  Pay Pal or by credit card.  Direct Deposit  also available for Australian customers only.

IMPORTANT: Pendragon will ONLY commence development of your shoes once payment is received. The timeframe of you receiving your shoes starts from the time you make your first payment.

STEP 7

We  will reply to your email  with the following details:

• Acknowledgement of your order
• Acknowledgement of your payment
• Estimated Timeframe (please contact us if you require express post so we can quote for that)

STEP 7
When we have completed your order, you will receive an emailed invoice from Pendragon. This is when the final 50% payment PLUS the postage cost is due.
IMPORTANT: Orders will ONLY be shipped once full payment has been received.
