BESPOKE ORDERING

Bespoke – Made to Order Procedure

It is important to us at Pendragon that our customers purchase and wear shoes that are individually hand made to fit their unique foot! To achieve this we offer our customers the opportunity to order footwear using a Bespoke (Made to Order) method. If you are ordering shoes that are not priced on our website (for example from one of our costume pages) email us first for a quote before you proceed through the ordering system.

BESPOKE ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
We want to emphasis how important, when ordering a Bespoke – Made to Order pair of Pendragon shoes, that you carefully follow our MADE TO ORDER instructions as follows:

STEP 1 Print out the order form AND sample foot drawing below.

STEP 2 Please accurately fill out your details on the order form. If you intend to wear these shoes to a special event please advise the date of the event at this stage. We encourage you to email through any questions you may have about the style, materials and timeframes. Please note, with international orders, there may be delays because of Covid 19 affecting air deliveries.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure all details of the form are filled out with true and correct information as it is this information we use to make and send you your order.

STEP 3 This step is by far the Most IMPORTANT! You need to ensure you measure your feet accurately.
Consult the sample foot drawing and if necessary, watch our YouTube video Carefully and accurately measure your feet on both sides of the order form.

STEP 4
As archaic as it seems we do ask that you post (using snail mail) us the drawing of the outline of your foot. Please write on the page all your measurements, your name and which style you have ordered and post to:

Alternatively, you can scan your foot drawings and save them as pdfs and email to us. Please put a tape measure on the scan so we can check for any distortion. We will contact you if there are any problems with your scan.

STEP 5

Make at least a 50% down payment using our payment options – Pay Pal or Afterpay and Direct Deposit (Kindly email us at [email protected], with your name for fast execution of your order, once you have paid)
IMPORTANT: Pendragon will ONLY commence development of your shoes once payment is received. The timeframe of you receiving your shoes starts from the time you make your first payment.

STEP 6

You will receive an email from Pendragon with the following details:

• Acknowledgement of your order and Order number
• Acknowledgement of your payment
• Estimated Timeframe

STEP 7
Email Pendragon your decision on which postage method you wish to use to have your shoes sent to you.
You will receive an emailed invoice from Pendragon with the final 50% payment PLUS the postage cost.
IMPORTANT: Orders will ONLY be shipped once full payment has been received.
