ORDERING INFORMATION
ORDERING POLICY
It is important to Pendragon that our customers are satisfied with our products and service. To ensure a full understanding of our ordering system, we encourage all customers to read through our ordering policy which is clearly broken down into our two ordering services we provide.
How long will it take to receive your ordered items?
Online Store (in stock)
Products purchased from our online store directly will be shipped within 10 working days for Australian Customers and 15 working days for all International Customers, of the order date. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming receipt of the order. In the unlikely instance a style is represented in stock but is out of stock, Pendragon will contact the customer directly with an estimated time the item will be made and ready for postage. Please note, with international orders, there may be delays because of Covid 19 affecting air deliveries. In the case a customer is dissatisfied with the proposed timeframe when notified before we make the item the customer will receive a full refund, as per our Returns Policy.
Online Store (out of stock) or ORDER NOW for standard sizes
In the event you can’t find the size you are looking for in stock, fill in the online order form (click on contact us below the BUY NOW or ORDER NOW button).
Products ordered through our online store will be shipped within 10 working days for Australian Customers and 15 working days for all International Customers, of the order date. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming receipt of the order. In the event the order is likely to take longer than that, an email will explain this to the customer.
Requests can be made for special sizing requirements (eg wide or narrow fittings) or specific dates the shoes are required. We will do our best to meet those needs and will contact you directly by email.
Bespoke – Made to Order
We advise all our customers to allow 6 weeks waiting period from the date they order their shoes, before they receive them. Please note, with international orders, there may be delays because of Covid 19 affecting air deliveries. All customers will receive an email shortly after ordering with the following:
- confirmation of receipt of the order and your 50% deposit
- any additional details required by Pendragon to ensure your order is made to your specifications
- an estimated date the shoes will be finished and posted
- your postage fee options and the cost involved.
How much will the order cost??

Orders are to be paid in full, using one of the Pendragon accepted payment methods, including postage prior to the order being shipped.

Orders are to be paid in full, using one of the Pendragon accepted payment methods, including postage prior to the order being shipped.
Bespoke – Made to Order
A 50% deposit of the cost of the item, is to be paid when the Bespoke – Made to Order, order is placed.
An email with the postage options and costs will be sent to the customer for their information and decision on how they wish to receive their Pendragon item.
The final 50% deposit plus the allocated postage fee (as decided by the customer) is due the week prior to the shoes being shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they provide correct personal information including Name, Delivery Address, Payment details, style and sizing ordered. All customers are encouraged to refer to our sizing charts provided on the internet to ensure they have chosen the size suitable for their feet. A youtube video is provided to guide customers in the correct and accurate measurements of their feet.
Pendragon take no responsibility for items posted to the incorrect address (if the wrong address was provided by the customer). For incorrect items or sizes ordered please refer to our Returns Policy.
Bespoke – Made to Order
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they provide correct personal information including Name, Delivery Address, Payment details and foot measurements. Pendragon take no responsibility for ill fitting footwear due to mis-measurement of feet. A YouTube video is provided to guide customers in the correct and accurate measurements of their feet.
Pendragon will only remake orders as per our Returns Policy.
