SIZING INFORMATION
If you are purchasing a pair of shoes on our website you can refer to a size chart once you have selected the style. Click on download size chart to open a printable page of the insole sizes. After printing the page at normal size printing you can stand on the insole patterns to work out your size. If you don’t have access to a printer, simply draw around your foot and measure the length from the longest toe to the back of the heel. You can work out from the measurements on the chart which size best will suit your foot. (If you are unsure, send us an email and we will help you). If you are buying more than one style of shoe, check both size charts to see if you are the same in each.
If you are a narrow fitting or broad fitting in most shoes, mention this in the special instructions box and we will take that into account when making the shoes. Alternatively, you can measure your feet according to the “measuring feet video” and post or email a scan saved as a PDF, the order form and measurements to be sure. In most cases there is no extra charge for wide or narrow fittings in summer styles.
For bespoke orders (special commissions) we will need full feet measurements. Watch the “measuring feet video” and follow the instructions. You will need to download the printable order form on the BESPOKE ORDERING PAGE and also consult the sample order form.
