Pendragon button boots are usually made to order in standard sizes (consult size chart). They can however be made to measure as well. If you require your button boots to be a wider fitting, or to have a wider or narrower ankle, please refer to the measuring instructions on the bespoke ordering page of our website.
When you order a pair of button boots, we make them especially for you. We hand cut, dye and sew the leather to create the upper. (The panels are individually hand dyed using a mix of browns to create a warm tan or whatever colour is requested. Using a piece of sheepskin, we “blotch dye” the leather and blend the colour to create a rustic look.) We then insert either a zip or elastic. They are lasted using a rounded square toed pair of lasts in your chosen size, and soled in resin and a leather stacked heel.
The buttons which we found a number of years ago online, are very rare vintage boot buttons. They are black and tend to go with most colours. Such treasures are so inspiring. We recently found some white ones so are exploring some wedding button boot designs.
Customised boot designs can be made as a bespoke boot order upon request.
