The Elvish comes from the Riddle of Strider in the Lord of the Rings by J. R. R. Tolkien
All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;

From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.
These belts can be made with just leaves if you don’t want the Elvish. Please make a note of that in the order notes at the checkout.
We had a stamp made with the Elvish script so we can easily press it into the leather. The way we dye each panel really highlights the effect of the pressed leather. Each leaf belt is individually hand painted with dye, so each belt is different, just like leaves!
All of our leaf accessory designs are original creations designed and handmade. They are a signature Pendragon style. This is part of our Pendragon accessories range, sometimes know as a “Little Piece of Pendragon”.
