This style has evolved from a collection of slip on flower sandals called Honeychild we made in many colour combinations throughout the 2000s. The soft lining makes these very comfortable to wear and the low heel height means they are great to wear all day. The flower in the centre is shaped like a frangipani flower which is very flattering on the foot. Five straps coming from the flower mean they hold on in five places so are very supportive for a slip on thong style sandal. We can make these in many colours to match a whole bridal party….bride and bridesmaids’ shoes.
The leaf shaped insole shape is inspired by the art nouveau style. It’s very subtle when on the foot, but if you prefer to have a more generic sole shape, please specify in the order, or contact us for more information.
The white frangipani sandals is similar to these only without the hand painting on the flower and they are usually tie ups.
